All orders are processed within 3–7 business days. Custom or made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days. We will notify you if there is any delay.

Shipping methods and delivery times

We ship from China via China EMS e-packet. Delivery times vary by destination:

- United States: 10–20 business days

- Canada: 10–20 business days

- Europe: 12–23 business days

- United Kingdom: 12–23 business days

- Australia / New Zealand: 10–20 business days

- Rest of the world: 15–30 business days

These are estimated times and may be longer due to customs processing, postal delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order.

Customs, duties, and taxes

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for any delays caused by customs clearance. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Lost, damaged, or delayed packages

Address accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
